When I was 17 living in rural Minnesota I started making and recording music with a few old keyboards and a 4 track recorder. I moved from my parents' home to Iowa City for college and now I live in Los Angeles with my wife and cat. And all along the way I made bedroom pop music as Bubblegum Best.

Discovering Bandcamp inspired me to dig through all of my old albums and recordings. I began uploading tracks - bringing the music to a new life. Suddenly there were people out there listening to these songs that meant so much to me, but were seldomly heard outside of a small circle.

Here's a 10 song digital compilation that reflects the 20 years I've been recording in bedrooms, living rooms, and closets.

If you like what you hear I'll make you a mix tape of my music. But either way...
